A creative and supportive space to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. For women who feel overwhelmed, tired, stretched thin,
a little lost from holding everything together — or just a little off lately…
you’re not alone.
This is a space to pause, take a breath, and begin to find your way back.Through simple workshops, thoughtful discussions, and creative activities,
you’ll have space to slow down, reset, and reconnect — in a way that feels natural and doable.

Sometimes you just need a moment to pause —
to set everything down for a little while
and reconnect with yourself.
This is that space.Simple, guided experiences designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reset — through gentle reflection, creative expression, and practical moments of awareness. Maybe you'll find your calm in a doodling exercise, a craft, a workshop, a meditation - or maybe just a crossword puzzle.Nothing complicated.
Nothing to keep up with.
Just intentional time to come back to yourself.
A few quiet moments to pause and reset - to breathCreativity here isn’t about making something perfect —
it’s simply a way to slow your thoughts, shift your focus, and give your mind and body a break. It’s not about being artistic — it’s just one way to support your overall well-being in a more natural, accessible way - mindfulness, self-care.
You’ll be part of a space where others are doing the same —
but there’s never any pressure to share or participate beyond what feels comfortable.
You can show up, take what you need, and leave feeling just a little more like yourself again. If you choose, you'll also have the opportunity to be part of a community of other women - who "get it".You don’t need to have answers.
You don’t need to have it all together.
Just a willingness to pause… and take a breath.

You’re used to being the one others rely on, or the one who shows up, figures things out, and keeps everything moving. And you do it so well. But lately, something feels a little off.Maybe you’re more tired than usual.
Overwhelmed.
Or just not quite like yourself.
Your mind "wont' turn off".
You put yourself last.
You've lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way.
You know you need something different -- but what?
You don’t have to be falling apart to need a reset.Sometimes it’s just that quiet awareness
that you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time.
And maybe… it’s time to take a step back. Not in a big, overwhelming way —
but in small, simple moments that help you slow down, clear your head, and reconnect with yourself.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to begin.
One small step.
One moment to pause.
One breath at a time.
If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Diane. For most of my life, I’ve been the one others rely on — supporting, guiding, and walking alongside people through difficult or overwhelming seasons.I’ve worked in mental wellness spaces for years, mentored at-risk youth, and now serve as the Executive Director of a mental wellness nonprofit. I’m also a certified life coach with a background in psychology. But more than anything, I understand what it means to carry a lot — not just professionally, but personally.I was working, married, running our household, as well as my parent's, building a business, and caring for my parents in different seasons of their lives. Later I began navigating my own challenges, including burnout, anxiety, and the realities of things like perimenopause, trauma, and a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis.Life doesn't slow down.It keeps moving — and I have to keep moving with it.One day, I realized…I couldn’t quite find myself anymore. It wasn’t dramatic.
It wasn’t a breaking point.
It was quieter than that.Just a steady awareness that I had been holding everything together for so long… that somewhere along the way, I had lost connection with myself. And I started to notice something else.I wasn’t alone in that feeling.I was hearing the same quiet stories from other women —
strong, capable, caring women who had spent so much time showing up for everyone else that they weren’t quite sure how to show up for themselves anymore.
That’s where this began. Not from a place of having everything figured out —
but from learning, in real time, what it means to pause… and take a breath.
“Take a breath” is something I say to myself often. In the middle of overwhelm.
When anxiety starts to rise.
When I catch myself reacting instead of responding.
It’s a simple pause — but it changes everything. What I’m learning is that:~ you don’t have to carry everything on your own
~ it’s okay to let people support you
~ creating space for yourself is harder than it sounds… but it matters
~ real care goes deeper than a quick break or a moment away for a bubble bath.
It’s not always easy, and it’s rarely perfect. But it is possible.Creativity has been a big part of that for me.When things feel heavy or overwhelming, creating gives my mind somewhere to go. It slows things down, helps me process, and brings me back to a more grounded place. Not perfectly — just enough to reset and keep moving forward.I created this space because I know what it feels like to be holding everything together — and then realize you need care, too. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning how to pause, reconnect, and take care of yourself in a way that feels real, steady, and sustainable.I’m really glad you’re here.

If something here has resonated with you,
you’re invited to take the next step — in your own time.
I’m in the process of creating a Skool community - with guided experiences and a supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and take care of your well-being in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. It’s not about adding more to your plate. It’s about creating space within your life for what you actually need.Right now, things are just beginning but the space will be ready for you very, very soon - we will even kick off with an exercise on doodling. If you’d like to be among the first to hear when the space is ready, and the resources and opportunities open up, you can add your name and email below. What you’ll receive:~ occasional updates about upcoming workshops
~ early access to new opportunities
~ gentle encouragement and reminders
There’s no pressure.
No commitment.
No spammy junk mail.
Just a simple way to stay connected and step in when the time feels right. You’re always welcome here — exactly as you are.

Do I need to be creative or artistic?
Not at all. The creative pieces are simple and guided — more about expression and slowing down than making anything perfect.
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
That’s completely okay. Everything is designed to feel approachable and easy to step into, even if this is your first time.
Do I have to talk or share?
No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to simply listen, participate quietly, or take in what feels helpful.
Is this therapy?
No — this is a coaching and wellness space. It’s designed to support reflection, awareness, and personal growth, but it’s not a substitute for therapy or clinical care.
What if I already have a therapist?
That’s absolutely okay. This space can work alongside therapy as a gentle, supportive complement.
While therapy often focuses on deeper healing and clinical care, this space is more about everyday wellness — creating time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in simple, practical ways. You’re welcome to take what feels helpful here and continue the work you’re already doing. What does the community look like?
The community will be hosted on Skool — a simple, easy-to-use platform where everything lives in one place.
Inside, you’ll find workshops, reflections, and ongoing support in a space that’s designed to feel calm and welcoming, not overwhelming. How do the workshops work?
Workshops may be offered live on Zoom or as pre-recorded sessions you can watch on your own time.
If you attend live, you’ll have the option to participate in real time. If not, you can always access the replay later. Will replays be available?
Yes. All workshops will have a replay available, so you can return to them whenever you need.
How often are workshops offered?
The goal is to offer one workshop each month, with occasional larger retreat-style experiences throughout the year.
Everything will continue to evolve naturally over time. What happens between workshops?
The space will stay active between workshops with things like:
~ weekly journal prompts
~ guided meditations or breathwork
~ simple reflections or creative exercises
~ occasional discussion topics
You can engage as much or as little as you’d like.Is this a group or more individual?
It’s a shared space, but with no pressure to interact. You’ll be alongside others who are also taking time for themselves, while still having your own personal experience.
Will I be on camera?
That’s up to you. If you join a live session, you’re always welcome to have your camera on or off — whatever feels most comfortable.
Is there a cost to join?
There will be a free version of the community, along with an optional paid level that offers a little more depth and access.
Details are still being finalized, but the goal is to keep everything simple, accessible, and low pressure.Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
Private wellness coaching is something I’m currently developing and will be offering in the future.
Like everything here, it will be a supportive, reflective space focused on personal growth and well-being — not therapy or clinical care.If that’s something you’re interested in, you’ll be able to learn more as it becomes available. What if I’m not sure what I need right now?
You don’t have to have it figured out. Sometimes just showing up and giving yourself a little space is enough to begin.
What if I sign up and then feel unsure?
That’s okay. You can always step back, take a break, or return when it feels right. There’s no pressure to stay or keep up.
When will everything be available?
Things are just beginning and will continue to grow over time. If you’d like to stay in the loop, you can join the list and be the first to know when new workshops and community spaces open.

I’d love to hear from you.
Whether you have a question, an idea, or you’re just not sure where to start—
you’re always welcome here.
